Legal basis

In this privacy policy, we explain how we collect and process personal data. This Privacy Policy is designed to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the Swiss Data Protection Act (“DPA”) and the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (“revDSG”). However, whether and to what extent these laws are applicable depends on the individual case.

If we obtain the consent of the data subject for the processing of personal data, Art. 4 para. 5 FADP, Art. 13 para. 1 FADP and, if applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serve as the legal basis.
