Tufertschwiler

In June 2014, we began producing Tufertschwiler's for the customers of the Tufertschwil cheese dairy. It is available at the age of 3 and 6 months. Both cheeses are characterized by a consistent taste and a creamy texture. The mild version is offered with a red label and the spicy version with a black label.
